Holly, Compact Japanese Holly (Ilex Crenata Compacta)
Dense growing and globose, this selection has an attractive natural shape that needs little maintenance. Deep, dark, shiny foliage and a multitude of landscape uses such as foundaton or hedging. Slow growing, compact evergeen does equally well in sun or shade. Young stems have a purplish cast and berries are favored by many songbirds.
